Once order is placed, you already agreed with our terms & conditions.
📌Once down payment is settled, NO REFUND in case the customer decided to cancel the Pre Order after 24hrs.
📌Box condition is not guaranteed 10/10. We can only offer refund if in case there is a MAJOR DAMAGE. If you want to have options, settle and pick up your item ASAP.  No replacement for MINOR issues such as paint, error and box condition.
📌Balance must be settled within 3 days from the date of notification, otherwise pre order will be FORFEITED with NO REFUND & item will be offered to others.
📌If FULLY PAID we can hold the item up to 1 Month.
📌ETA may change without prior notice due to adjustment of release date or delayed in shipment from our supplier.
📌If in case there is a cancellation from the manufacturer or unforeseen event, we will provide full refund.
📌SMS & EMAIL will be sent once item is ready for pick up or for shipping.
